Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–30 days of being placed. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Busy periods, public holidays, customs checks and carrier delays can add time, and in some cases delivery takes longer than 30 days.

To keep our prices low, orders are packed and sent directly by our fulfilment partners overseas rather than from a local warehouse. That is why delivery is slower than you may be used to from larger stores.

Tracking and split deliveries

When tracking is available for your order, we email it to the address you gave at checkout once the order has been sent. Tracking can stay unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries.

Items from one order may be sent separately and arrive on different days. You are not charged extra shipping when that happens.

Addresses and changes

Please check your delivery address before paying. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been sent, so email hello@thekeychain.shop as soon as you notice a mistake. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
